Next big function was Jake’s birthday. He’s three!!! Can you believe how fast they grow up. It’s too crazy that my little boy who makes me laugh and scream all in the same breath is three years old. Anyway, we had two family birthday parties for him. One weekend we had my family over for dinner and the next we had James’ family over. Both parties were a wonderful time spent with family and we cherished the time spent together. I made Jake cone cakes instead of a traditional birthday cake. If anyone is ever looking for a fast, fun cake idea give them a try because they are super simple and actually don’t taste too bad.
